Suzy Zarin - Owner and Trainer
Suzy has had a passion for horses and been involved with them since she was a little girl. Starting out riding hunters and eventers, she eventually changed to saddleseat and connected with the American Saddlebred. As a teenager, she began working with a trainer in her area and as a young adult she started training her own horses.
Around the mid 90's, Suzy opened her own training and lesson facility in Southern New Hampshire where she trained many different breeds helping develope her ability to be versatile and to find her style. With an opportunity to move south, Suzy decided to move to North Carolina in 1998 and take a short break from training to focus on lessons and camps. Within a couple of years she realized her true passion was training and she opened Pine View Stables in 2004.
Pine View Stables facility was completed in 2004 and was involved in training, breeding, lessons, camps and showing. It later changed it's focus onto training, breeding, showing and sales.
Suzy has her "R" rating as a licensed official with USEF (United States Equestirian Federation) in judging for American Saddlebreds, Saddleseat Equitation, Morgans, Roadsters and Hackneys. She has judged the Saddleseat Equitation at the Morgan Grand Nationals in 2016, the Equiation Medal Finals at The Amercian Royal in 2017 as well as judging all dvisions at The American Royal in 2020. In 2018, Suzy also obtained her insurance license and joined Equidae Insurance as an equine insurance agent.
Outside of the horses, Suzy is a proud mother of two girls, Payton and Coley. Although they both are into competetive volleyball, both girls used to ride and compete with the horses.

Training Sales Breeding and Showing
With experience in training, Morgans, Arabians, Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, American Saddlebreds, Hackney Ponies and Road Horses, our primary focus is on training showing breeding and sales of American Saddlebreds, Hackney Ponies and Road Horses.
From breeding quality and turning them into beautiful show horses, we are capable of teaching these horses how to ride and drive as well as preparing them to compete at horse shows at every level. Matching them up with their riders and preparing them to be purchased and sold to their next partners for competition.
